We are enjoying using our beautiful new bathroom. If anything, the finishing product is even better than we had anticipated it might be.
Huge thanks to you all. To you, of course, for the planning and organization of the project. To Sean for working so hard and to an exceptionally high standard – he was thorough, careful, and so neat and tidy – we can’t imagine we could have had anyone better. And to the rest of the team – always pleasant, always willing, turning up at just the right point, a seamless operation.

We are pleased to confirm how impressed we have been with Mark and his team following the refurbishment of our bathroom in recent weeks.
The pre-planning was very thorough with Mark himself getting fully involved in all the details of the specifications and fixtures. The preparation of the house just ahead of the commencement of the work was also well done and ensured that all surrounding areas remained clean throughout the duration of the work.
Finally, the installation itself was carried out efficiently and to time. Importantly to us, all those involved in the different aspects of the work were always punctual, helpful and pleasant to deal with.
We can heartily recommend Mark Tibbs to anyone considering this kind of project.

From our initial tentative approach you have listened to our needs, understood our problem and guided us in our deliberations with sound, workable and achievable advice. Your confident, considered and sure demeanour gave us a lot of reassurance that had been missing from other companies we had approached.
Please pass on our appreciation to Graham, Warren and Sean for their attention to detail, courtesy and tidiness. We knew every day what the plan was, they conferred with each other and us so that at no time was there any doubt or delay in the schedule.
